Full-Disk Images (“image” directory, jpg format)

2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020
There are full-disk images in three wavelengths taken in every one hour.
The image orientation is celestial north at the top and west to the right.
The files are named as “www_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.jpg”,
where www is one of pcg (continuum), pgb (G-Band), or cak (CaK), and
yyyymmdd_hhmmss indicates the date and time (UT) of observation.
The files “today_www_yyyymmdd_hhmmss.jpg” are a set of
the highest quality images on the day.

Full-Disk Images (“fts” directory, FITS format)

2010 2011 2012 2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020
The files are named as “www_yyyymmdd_hhmmss_nn.jpg”,
where www is one of pcg (continuum), pgb (G-Band), or cak (CaK),
yyyymmdd_hhmmss indicates the date and time (UT) of observation, and
nn is one of the following:
  • 00: dark (taken with three different exposure times),
  • 01: dark for flat and flat (taken with two different exposure times),
  • 12: ordinary full-disk solar images.
